In less than 24 hours, I started and finished the Granny Square Baby Blanket. I swear, I'm on a roll. :)
I made 20 granny squares using Caron's Simply Soft yarn in Sunshine and Off White. There are 2 rows of Sunshine with 2 rows of Off White for each square. I used a size I crochet hook and I joined the squares as I went. Then I worked 4 rows around the outside of the blanket in Off White and 2 rows in Sunshine. That's it. By the time I was done with the blanket, I had used all of the Sunshine yarn (2 partial skeins) except for a tiny ball of it. I used 1 skein of the Off White and a small amount out of the 2nd skein of it. I have enough of the Off White leftover for another baby blanket now. Cool!
it's lovely Shelly :)
