More Alongs...

Since I've been posting about some year long challenges on my blog, a friend shared a couple of more "alongs" with me.

The first is the "How to knit a sky blanket" which you can find here on the Bugs and Fishes blog.  This is a knit-along based on what the sky looks like at a certain time of the day (each day).

Knit A Block A Week Challenge

I saw this challenge today on Linda's Crafty Corner.  http://lindacraftycorner.blogspot.co.uk/2014/01/knit-block-week-up-and-running.html .  She's going to be posting different block patterns each week, or you can use a pattern that you choose.  She has suggestions for places that you can donate the blocks to, or...you can make your own sampler blanket with the blocks you've made.  I've been thinking of making another blanket out of blocks I've knitted, so this would be right up my alley.  I think I'm going to join this one.
