Week 2 - Knit A Block A Week Challenge

Today, I finished up my 2nd block for the Knit A Block A Week Challenge.

 I did the same basic square but in the color Blueberry.

And right as I was finishing up, I noticed this little "flub up".  It's right above the pen tip.  Wonder what happened here???  It's even more amazing that I actually noticed it right off.  lol
