This weekend is the annual Pecan Festival here in town AND Big C is bringing company home with him from college, so...I need to feed extra people PLUS get the most for my money PLUS have something ready for all the quick in and outs of kids on the run. With all that in mind, I have a big pot of chili simmering on the stove.
Looks good, doesn't it?
I also have the makings for chili dogs and frito pie. Yum.
I thought I would show this photo...so you could see that it really is a big pot. lol
