Yesterday, I made a Spider Web out of my scrap yarn.
I used this pattern for the spider web.
I rolled up each of the long yarn strings that I used to tie it on the trees. That way they wouldn't get all tangled up.
This is the web up close.
And this is the web a bit farther away.
The sunlight wasn't cooperating very well, but I think you get the idea.
I have about six or so trees along the north side of my home, and I've been dying to yarn bomb a few of them. So...yesterday I decided to just "do it". The spider web also has a Halloween flair to it, so...that was my first yarn bombing project.
