In Belize, we were amazed to see the new building construction. Not that they were building new buildings, but how they were doing it. We know that the buildings are made of concrete, as they don't use wood, but we didn't know that they used "sticks" to brace up the layers as they are being built. It did not look sturdy at all!
The chief necessary for any building is the construction safety plan or program. Implementing the successful safety program requires a great deal of work at all levels of the project and the results are well worth the effort.
