On October 1st, my niece, Sassy, ran the Coach E 5K race during the Pecan Festival. It was her first time entering. She's shown here, stopping for a photo moment for me. She's in the 4th grade this year. That's when her brother first entered the race last year. Being petite, and also a girl, it took some convincing for her mom to let her do it, but she did.
