I wanted to share a very simple holiday recipe that we make every year. It was given to me by my friend Lynda Downes from Northern Ireland. Once she told me about this, I wondered "why didn't I think of that before?".
Dipped Marshmallows
Big Marshmallows
Chocolate Bark
Melt the chocolate bark in a double boiler. Once it's melted, insert a toothpick into each marshmallow and dip the marshmallow into the chocolate to cover. Place on waxed paper for the chocolate to harden.
Optional tip: Once you've coated the marshmallow with chocolate, you can then dip it into various toppings like coconut, sprinkles, chopped peanuts, etc..
