Does anyone else have a Sourdough Starter going in their kitchen? We use so much of it, that I had to start a second one. Amazing, right?
I have to say that I'm finally caught up with a few extra starters in my refrigerator and freezer now. It's not any fun when you need it for some baking and it's all gone except for the starter on the cabinet. Waiting 10 days to be able to use it is a really long wait when you're one of my guys dying for some homemade bread. Or so I've been told. lol
