Sweater with Ruffles

I have finished up a Sweater with Ruffles. It's a free pattern and can be found here https://docs.google.com/View?id=dp8xs77_11rk9573rk . I used Caron's Simply Soft yarn in peach and a G hook. In my opinion, this came out Preemie sized.
