I do feel better with all the walking...Thanks Jen. I do feel better with all the walking we are doing. Saturday is the 5K we signed up and payed to walk in and I hope we are able to still do so. I ...Shelly it is wonderful that you are doing this. I too found that starting little helps. When I went to England I would feel puffed at the littlest things. But there I had to climb stairs to go to bed, at the train stations etc. And I HAD to walk as that is what the people I was staying with did. And of course I wanted to sightsee. By the time I came home breathing was lots easier.
